ARCCUT® AM930 Semi-Synthetic High-Performance Grinding Fluid
Grinding fluid designed for precision grinding processes to extend wheel life, improve surface finish, and boost machining efficiency.

Product Overview
ARCCUT® AM930 is a high-oil-content semi-synthetic cutting fluid. It offers excellent wetting, cooling, and corrosion protection, along with superior mechanical lubrication properties. It meets the requirements for general high-speed cutting and grinding operations. ARCCUT® AM930 high-performance grinding fluid is formulated using specialized extreme-pressure lubricants and surfactant technology optimized for the high-temperature and high-pressure conditions of grinding processes. This product delivers outstanding lubrication, cooling, and filtration performance, effectively reducing grinding temperatures, minimizing wheel wear, and enhancing workpiece surface quality.
In general machining workshops, many traditional emulsions fail to meet adequate cooling requirements. This product is particularly suited for precision grinding operations such as surface, cylindrical, centerless, and internal grinding. It adapts well to difficult-to-grind materials like bearing steel, tool steel, and cemented carbide, significantly improving machining efficiency and surface finish by providing both lubrication and cooling simultaneously.
Core Advantages
High-lubricity protection
Special extreme pressure lubricant additive that effectively reduces grinding forces, minimizes wheel wear, and extends wheel service life.
Superior Filtration Performance
Excellent suspension stability prevents abrasive particle agglomeration, maintains filter system flow, and extends filter lifespan.
High surface finish
A stable lubricating film ensures a smooth grinding process, achieving high-precision surface quality with Ra < 4.
