ARCCUT® LIGHT/HEAVY Tapping Oil

Professional tapping and threading oil. Available in light-duty and heavy-duty grades to extend tap life and improve thread quality.

ARCCUT Tap Oil

Product Overview

ARCCUT® Tapping Oil is a professional lubricant developed by ARNOCO specifically for threading processes. Available in LIGHT and HEAVY grades, it can be selected flexibly based on the workpiece material and process requirements.

LIGHT grade is designed for standard tapping of soft materials such as low-carbon steel, aluminum alloys, and copper alloys. HEAVY grade targets difficult threading applications in hard materials like stainless steel, alloy steels, and cast iron. Both grades utilize high-quality base oils and extreme pressure additives to form a durable lubricating film between the tap and workpiece, effectively reducing cutting resistance and frictional heat.

Core Advantages

Dual-spec configuration

Choose between Light-Duty and Heavy-Duty models to meet the threading requirements for various materials and processes.

Extend tap life

Superior extreme pressure lubrication reduces tap wear and lowers machining costs.

Multi-method lubrication

Supports multiple oiling methods including dipping, brushing, and spraying to suit diverse production scenarios.
