Product Overview
ARCCUT® AM30 is a high-performance grinding fluid developed by ARNOCO specifically for carbide and precision grinding applications. Formulated with low-viscosity base oils and specialized extreme-pressure additives, it offers excellent penetration and cooling capabilities to rapidly dissipate grinding heat, preventing workpiece burning and deformation.
This product contains no active sulfur, eliminating the risk of corrosion to non-ferrous metals and precision components. It is ideal for precision parts such as carbide cutting tools, molds, and sealing rings, supporting processes like cylindrical grinding, surface grinding, and centerless grinding. The result is a high-quality surface finish and stable dimensional accuracy.
